I have been servicing pools for over 15 years, and some of the main reasons people choose to change service are due to no shows, splash and dash (the 2 min service call), pool constantly turning green, gates not being shut properly, and slow response time.

Some of these issues can be solved with a follow up email after the pool has been serviced. After I finish servicing your pool that email (sent in real time) gives you peace of mind. Communication is key!

Pool turning green? Most likely it's the chemicals and/or a variety of factors. It's best to get out to the pools location and check all the variables. I'm more than happy to come out with a professional test kit and give you a reading.
